We're seeking an exceptional Director of Infrastructure Operations to lead our technical teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our enterprise-class infrastructure architecture.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of our information technology infrastructure.
- Manage a growing team of technical professionals, providing guidance and performance reviews.
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of network and server monitoring and security systems.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery protocols for critical business components.
- Communicate effectively with business lines and vendor partners regarding infrastructure support and analysis.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in an information technology field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 10 years of relevant experience in network and server architecture implementation and management.
- 8 years of progressive management experience in the IT field.
**Ideal Candidate:**
You have a strong background in infrastructure operations, with extensive experience in at least one infrastructure technology area (e.g., network, security, compute, storage). You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to both technical and non-technical contacts.
**Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
