We are a small Occupational / Physical Therapy practice. You will be an essential part of the team. The front office is yours to run.
Qualifications
- Receptionist Duties and Administrative Assistance skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Summary
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential medical administrative support and ensuring a welcoming environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, your role involves managing patient service, handling medical records, and utilizing EHR systems.
