Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, and Basecamp Fitness, is seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager to join its Healthey Contributions team. Overview:

The Senior Sales Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our service offering initiative by engaging with companies and Purpose Brands Franchisees to launch and support company-funded fitness memberships in targeted markets throughout the US.

In this position, the Senior Sales Development Manager will identify and qualify leads, develop strategic business relationships, and work in partnership with internal stakeholders to drive new partnership opportunities. This person will be responsible for conducting discovery meetings, presenting tailored wellness solution proposals, and managing the business development pipeline.

Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)

Business Development & Strategic Growth

  • Establish and nurture relationships with corporate decision-makers and franchise owners to promote wellness solution offerings and B2B partnerships.
  • Identify and qualify leads, developing a robust pipeline of prospective business partners.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand the needs of potential partners and provide tailored fitness benefit solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and align services with client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to foster new business relationships and promote brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze business trends to develop data-driven strategies for growth and client retention.

Account & Partner Management

  • Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing program success.
  • Generate progress reports, presentations, and other program materials to communicate success metrics to clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolve escalated client requests and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Oversee program administration, including the creation and management of usage and eligibility files.

Internal Collaboration & Training

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and product development, to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Train and onboard new partners, clients, and fitness centers on various programs offered by Healthy Contributions.
  • Facilitate workshops and partner training sessions to ensure effective program adoption and ongoing success.

Background:

  • 2 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field within the health and wellness industry.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably within a startup or growth-phase company.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) for managing client data and performance tracking.
  • Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry.
  • Familiarity with fitness membership platforms and employer-sponsored wellness programs.
  • Ability to conduct training workshops and facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and partner engagement activities as needed.
