The Associate Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager and is primarily responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the company’s accounting records by analyzing, recording and reconciling transactions in the general ledger.

The Associate Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager and is primarily responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the company’s accounting records by analyzing, recording and reconciling transactions in the general ledger.
What You Will Do
- Process accounts payable, cash receipts, and expense reports
- Communicate regularly with operations team, customers and vendors
- Process incoming payments by check and EFT
- Assist with preparation for annual audits
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and procedures
- Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices
- Perform other tasks as needed
- Understanding of GL structure and accounting control requirements
- Willingness to follow process without exceptions in a highly confidential manner
- Attention to detail and exceptional time management
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Prior experience processing AR/AP
- Knowledge of Netsuite
- Knowledge of Coupa
- Experience with Microsoft Office
