Hiring: Assistant Executive KM & Executive KM, Full-Service Upscale, High Volume (Scratch Kitchen)
Location: Tampa & Wesley Chapel, FL
Pay: up to $70k-$88k 10% Bonus Potential (AEKM)
Pay: up to $84k-107k 10% Bonus Potential (EKM)
Responsibilities
- Executive Kitchen Manager will partner with Culinary Kitchen Team, to ensure new menu items are executed with excellence
- AEKM will Partner with Executive Kitchen Manager, ensure menu items are executed with excellence
- Deliver high quality, great tasting food to meet company standards
- Proper food safety, sanitation, and profitability
- Promote teamwork and superior guest experience
Skills
- Passion for culinary excellence

Requirements
- 3 years experience Kitchen Management in Full-Service, High Volume Upscale Restaurant
- Scratch Kitchen experience preferred
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Associate’s degree or higher in Culinary is a plus
