Restaurant Franchise Business Consultant

In this multi-unit leadership role, you provide support and consultation to franchisees to ensure restaurant conditions exist for optimal sales and profits. As the key liaison for franchisees, you communicate and implement process, training, and operational changes to ensure brand standards are adhered to.
Additional Requirements :
- Education and training normally associated with the acquisition of a bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, restaurant management or equivalent.
- At least five years' experience as a multi-unit restaurant manager of complex, high volume restaurants in the casual or family dining segment of the restaurant industry. Buffet experience a plus.
- Successful completion of a company management training program, including practice management.
- Position requires a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and ability to pass a background test and drug screening.
- Ability to travel within an assigned territory 75-80% of the time.
Compensation and Benefits Package Includes :
