Franchise Business Consultant – Multi-Unit Restaurant Support

You'll serve as the strategic liaison between the corporate support team and franchise operators, helping to implement processes, training programs, and operational initiatives that enhance business outcomes.

$135K Bonus and Benefits
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, restaurant management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-unit management of complex, high-volume casual or family dining restaurants; buffet experience a plus
- Completion of a comprehensive management training program
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screening
- Willingness to travel 75-80% within assigned territory
