What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Self-Storage Consulting Group LLC?
Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is the leading provider of self storage third party management and we have an opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our 2 facilities in Brentwood and Oakley, CA.
The candidate will be an independent, self-starter who has excellent janitorial and maintenance skills. Responsible for light maintenance on storage property and the cleaning of storage units.
*NOTE: Must have reliable transportation and Vehicle Insurance
What You Will Do:
-Pulling weeds and removing debris
-Keep outdoor areas and walkways clear of trash and debris
-Perform minor repairs and Assist with maintenance projects as required
-Multi-task and manage multiple projects
-Will supervise projects with vendors and day to day processes of the Storage Facility
-Train new Maintenance Technicians at multiple locations
-Help prevent maintenance related problems before they arise
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work with small electric tools
- Must have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Must be able to work in different environments of weather
Pay: $19 - $20
