Position Summary
We’re hiring an Operations & Office Manager to serve as the backbone of our daily business operations. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that combines administrative precision, customer service savvy, and field service coordination. You’ll handle everything from payroll to technician dispatching, with a long-term goal of overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily office functions and ensure smooth business operations
· Manage customer communications, scheduling, and service requests
· Handle payroll, billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable
· Prepare and send job estimates
· Coordinate technician dispatching and work order follow-ups
· Track job progress and customer satisfaction
· Maintain organized records and reporting systems
· Support the Owner with strategic planning and business development
Qualifications
· 2 years experience in office management, operations, or service dispatch
· Familiarity with billing systems, payroll, and invoicing
· Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
· Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
· Comfortable with software tools (QuickBooks, CRM platforms, scheduling tools, etc.)
· Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
· Bonus: Experience in service-based or maintenance businesses
