The Role: Growth Marketing Manager
We're looking for a growth-focused marketer to lead and scale our customer acquisition efforts. You'll own our paid media strategy, optimize funnels from first click to booked call, and continuously refine the systems that bring new authors into our world.
This role blends performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and automation with a test-and-learn mindset. If you live for tweaking landing pages, analyzing ROAS, and building efficient, scalable marketing systems—this might be your dream job.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Paid Media (40%)
- Own and manage paid acquisition across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Launch and optimize high-performing ad campaigns with compelling creative
- Build landing pages and offers for cold and warm traffic
- Manage media budgets, forecasts, and ROAS targets
- Test new channels, audiences, and funnel strategies regularly
- A/B test pages, headlines, CTAs, offers, and sequences
- Use Hotjar, GA4, and HubSpot to spot drop-offs and fix them fast
- Collaborate with design/content teams to enhance UX, speed, and clarity
- Launch tripwires, low-ticket offers, and upsell flows
- Optimize every step from ad click to qualified appointment
- Build and manage workflows, nurturing sequences, and lead scoring in HubSpot
- Handle tracking—UTMs, pixels, custom audiences—like a pro
- Integrate tools like Zapier, Typeform, Sheets, dashboards, etc.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and attribution accuracy
- Collaborate on lifecycle messaging and segmentation strategy
What We're Looking For
- 5 years in growth marketing with strong experience in paid media CRO
- Managed $200K /year in ad spend across multiple platforms
- Power user in HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, scoring, A/B testing)
- Proven ability to build high-converting funnels and offers
- Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of increasing ROAS and reducing CAC
- Background in SaaS, EdTech, or high-growth startups
- Agency experience or freelance hustle mentality
- Familiar with SEO, content repurposing, or PLG strategies
