Selking International is actively searching for a 2nd shift customer-oriented Service Advisor at our Fort Wayne, IN Dealership.
This position has adjusted 2nd shift hours. Monday - Thursday 11AM-8PM and Fridays 2PM-6PM
Job Description :
- Applicant must possess a passion for customer service, energetic, present themselves in a professional manner and have the ability to muti-task in a fast-paced environment.
- The position involves writing up customer repairs / concerns, communicating with technicians and inputting information into the work order.
- Must be organized, good technical ability is helpful and outstanding customer service skills is a necessity.
