Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth transactions by managing documentation, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
This position requires knowledge / experience in the transportation industry.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of transaction processes from initiation to closing.
- Maintain accurate and organized files for all transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication with clients and team members.
- Assist in office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and managing phone systems.
- Support the team with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Ensure timely communication with clients, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Familiarity with office management practices and phone systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
