Job Description
Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking an HR Workforce Development Analyst to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage training programs by tracking, analyzing, and reporting participation metrics such as registrations, completions, and evaluations.
- Utilize Government systems like DCPDS and Navy ERP to ensure accurate training administration.
- Communicate Navy mandatory training requirements to both Government and Contractor personnel to support compliance and readiness.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in training program administration, including tracking and reporting participation metrics.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Government systems like DCPDS and Navy ERP, along with a thorough understanding of Navy mandatory training requirements.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying training requirements to diverse audiences.
