Job Description:
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.
The ideal candidate will have experience a Program Manager with a strong background in managing Federal Government programs. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader capable of overseeing complex projects and leading teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Budget, schedule, plan, and report on system and equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Liaise between multiple Navy program offices.
- Develop, modify, and document processes.
- Develop, update, and review technical documentation.
- Conduct briefs and reviews, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 10 years' experience in the performance of project management, contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, progress tracking, and planning related to HM&E systems onboard U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier programs and projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and achieving deliverables on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
