Before I tell you who our company is let me tell you about myself.

At 16, all I wanted to do was repair vehicles with a dream of one day owning a shop. In high school I landed a job as a shop helper. I swept floors, stacked tires and soaked up all the knowledge I could. The next step for me was at a heavy repair shop where I was thrown on jobs way over my head but this pushed me to grow. After that I went to a local dealership. It was a nice run of 10 years but at the end of the day I found the dealership did not care about employees or customers as long as it made money. So, in 2009, I set out to open a shop with a good friend.

We had a hard but good run. Busting knuckles all day while also being the service advisor, accountant, payroll person, and many other hats a business owner must wear. When Covid hit America my friend decided the mechanic life wasn't for him anymore.

Faced without a business partner, I had a choice. Give up on my dreams or reignite them.

So what is my dream?

My dream is to have a shop that appreciates its employees, not one but all. A shop that understands you have family and need family time. A shop that cares about the job and puts out the best work for a customer. A shop that feels like a welcome home trip rather than another time getting ripped off at a shop.

Best of all, the keys to success also mean a business that can thrive and be profitable.
