Salary: 3 months base pay commission. After 3 months, commission only
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing real estate wholesale business. This full-time role is vital to managing and qualifying incoming leads, setting appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that prospects are nurtured through the acquisition process and that appointments are set for high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Appointment Setting:
- Respond promptly to and manage incoming leads from various marketing channels (phone, online, email).
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with the sales team, ensuring all criteria are met.
- Accurately maintain and update all lead details, notes, and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
Customer Service Support:
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
- Build rapport with potential clients via phone, email, or text to ensure they have a positive experience.
- Communicate regular updates to leads and assist in answering any questions related to the process.
Follow-Up & Nurturing:
- Implement a consistent follow-up strategy to stay engaged with leads who may not yet be ready to move forward.
- Nurture long-term prospects by providing periodic communication and updates on opportunities.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure scheduled appointments are well-qualified and ready for closing.
- Provide regular reports on lead status, appointment success, and any insights that could improve the sales process.
- Assist the acquisitions team in ensuring smooth transitions from lead qualification to deal negotiation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years in customer service, appointment setting, or related sales support roles.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software.
- Confidence in qualifying leads and effectively setting appointments.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
