Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Home Buyer Specialist to join our acquisitions team. This is an on-the-road sales role—you’ll be meeting homeowners throughout Southern California, assessing their needs, and negotiating win-win solutions to purchase their properties. You’ll be responsible for building rapport, evaluating properties, and closing deals, all while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
This position offers uncapped earning potential, with top performers earning well into six figures through commission-based pay (10% of all assignment fees).
Key Responsibilities
✅ Respond to inbound leads and follow up with motivated sellers.
✅ Travel to seller appointments across Southern California to build relationships and assess properties.
✅ Analyze property values and determine competitive offers based on market data.
✅ Negotiate and structure purchase agreements that align with company goals.
✅ Manage and update CRM records with seller motivation, property condition, and timeline.
✅ Collaborate with the transaction team to ensure a smooth closing process.
✅ Meet and exceed acquisition targets by consistently closing deals.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in sales, real estate, or a related field (real estate license is a plus but not required).
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills with a focus on rapport-building.
✔ Ability to work independently and travel daily for in-person seller appointments.
✔ Highly organized with strong follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Coachability and willingness to learn our proven sales process (Sandler System experience is a plus).
✔ Self-motivated with a competitive drive to maximize earnings and performance.
