General Description:
SellRey Supply has several store locations in Kentucky and West Virginia and does a large portion of ecommerce. We specialize in trading cards (Pokémon, Magic the Gathering, YuGiOh, Etc.), comic books, action figures, game systems, and other electronics (knowledge of these products are not necessary for the job). We have a strong online presence and currently have shops on Amazon, eBay, and TCG Player. We are looking for an operations manager for our warehouse location, to oversee operations, organization, and maintain a consistent workflow.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain an effective working relationship and communication with all employees.
Create an organizational plan, a guideline for each role within the warehouse.
Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures.
Maintain project checklists on Asana.
Lead a team of 10 sub-project leaders, and over 25 employees, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Ensure all day-to-day activities are completed, and the warehouse is kept clean and organized.
Identify any areas that need improvement and create a plan to execute improvement.
Applicant Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel mainly)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
