Job Overview
The Dealership Factory Warranty Receivable position is essential for managing and processing warranty claims effectively within our dealership. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that all warranty receivables are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of warranty processes in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Posting of all factory receivable invoices and able to balance each of the factory statements
• Accounting experience required
• Quick data input a definite must
• Review and process warranty claims submitted by service departments.
• Ensure all claims are compliant with manufacturer guidelines and dealership policies.
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding claim status, discrepancies, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and receivables.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary information for claim submissions.
• Follow up on outstanding warranty receivables to ensure timely payment.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to warranty claims or payments.
• Prepare reports on warranty claims and receivables for management review.

Job Type: Full-time
