Dealership Warranty Cancellation Processor

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing various types of data and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the workflow and supporting the overall operations of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Cancellation of all warranties and products
• Issuance of checks back to banks and customers
• Research ability and Excel experience required
• Maintain organized records of all processed materials for easy retrieval and reference.
• Assist in troubleshooting any discrepancies or issues that arise during the processing stage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including data entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information.
• Previous experience in data processing or administrative roles is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
