Senior Quality Leader - Aerospace Sector
We seek an experienced Quality Leader to manage multiple customer accounts, including OEMs and sub-tiers. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for managing customer relationships, working with Engineering to review and submit First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), participating in investigations and dispositions of customer complaints and returns, and achieving certification for customers' source inspection as necessary.
This role involves driving quality initiatives and may involve training/coaching. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and 6 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or comparable quality discipline is required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic network usage is also necessary.
