Senior Process Control Engineer

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a Senior Process Control Engineer to join our team at CPP Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on optimizing and enhancing the quality, efficiency, and reliability of our titanium aerospace manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced process control strategies to ensure consistent product performance while minimizing process variation.
• Work with raw material suppliers to review and track incoming materials for conformance trends.
• Own the investing process, ensuring that slurry testing, control, and make-up align with the standards required for the desired output.
• Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to ensure quality, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Investigate and resolve process issues, conducting root cause analyses to implement effective corrective actions.
• Responsible for the interpretation and analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to process performance and quality.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align objectives and share insights on process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years of professional work experience specifically in investment casting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and familiar with SQL.
• Proficient with use of statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or JMP.
• Able to work well with production employees, supervisors, managers, and customers.
• Capable of performing statistical analysis and making data-driven decisions.
