Senior Quality Control Manager
We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to oversee quality initiatives in our aerospace manufacturing division. With multiple facilities in Albany, OR, we offer a range of benefits to support our employees.
As a Senior Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication both internally and externally, while maintaining configuration control documentation through contract review and blueprint/specification control.
This role involves managing multiple customer accounts, including OEMs and sub-tiers, working with Engineering to review and submit First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), participating in investigations and dispositions of customer complaints and returns, and achieving certification for customers' source inspection as necessary.
You will work on various continual improvement projects and may involve training/coaching. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and 6 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or comparable quality discipline is required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic network usage is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain configuration control documentation through contract review and blueprint/specification control
