Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of farm insurance accounts, including servicing, counseling, retention, and cross-selling of related insurance products.
- Work closely with existing customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Counsel existing customers concerning coverage and/or policy changes, quote insurance rates, and accurately complete applications.
- Consistently prioritize the placement of business with core carriers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance, and experience working with farm-related insurance products.
