Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 base salary uncapped commission (predicted to make over $200,000)

Job Overview
Serve Craft is looking for their next Vice President of Sales and Marketing. We are looking for an excellent leader who is ready to dive into strategy and shake up the way sales and marketing strategies are approached.
Roles You Will Play: The Sales and Marketing Guru
- Devise and lead overall sales strategy
- Design Serve Craft service offering strategies
- Establish sales and marketing policies that align with Serve Craft policies
- Presents monthly/quarterly and YE reviews as well as tracking and reporting of strategic initiatives and key performance metrics.
- Directly involved in managing job analysis and creating sustainable staffing models to ensure consistent profitability in all jobs, and to identify and make improvements where necessary.
- Identify & develop leaders within the organization to prepare for future growth and succession planning.
- Drive recruitment and hiring of key operations personnel in the region with our branch teams and Talent Acquisition/HR teams.
- Works with key external and internal customers to establish relationships that result in better business outcomes.
- To create workable sales, marketing and distribution action plans against which staff will have clearly defined roles and responsibilities in line with agreed strategic plans
- To direct marketing channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing quotas and goals
Building Blocks of Success
Education: Bachelor’s degree OR 5-10 years relevant experience in sales, marketing, or revenue generation.
Experience:
- Minimum (5) years of client facing sales or account management role responsible for revenue growth
- Must have working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products to include but not limited to Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage change at a large scale with multiple direct reports
