Responsibilities
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and project plans for high-profile events
- Manage logistics for offsite events, including venue selection, transportation, catering, audiovisual equipment, and decor
- Liaise with Semafor's Creative Director to maximize use of onsite event space(s) with creative input on event design, AV, production, stage design, decor, florals, F&B, and more
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and manage any necessary permits and insurance requirements
- Manage key vendor relationships, deliverables, and timelines throughout the event planning process
