- Applicants residing in Bali are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, IT, systems engineering, web development or related discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Extensive experience in technical support (onsite and remote)
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux (especially Ubuntu) at both user and admin levels
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software and configuring networks
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with PostgreSQL database management
- Experience in Ubuntu server administration and AWS cloud services
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Relevant certifications are a plus
- Resolve hardware/software issues onsite and remotely; configure networks and devices
- Manage database installation, configuration, tuning, and backup. Write SQL queries and use tools like pgAdmin
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance. Develop automation scripts with Bash or Python
- Manage AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS) and apply cloud computing concepts
