Calling all road warrior nurses!!!
SembraNet is looking for a Southern Pines, NC area registered nurse to cover Southern Pines, West End, Whispering Pines, Ellerbe and surrounding area. Responsibilities include: seeing clients in their homes to perform initial assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits for Home Care agencies. In addition you will assist with staff trainings for PCA's and CNA's.
You will be part of a wonderful team of nurses!! Our goal is to empower agencies by keeping their clients safe and healthy in their home environment to prevent hospitalization.

Our PRN nurses have the ability to make their own schedule and complete visits at times convenient to their schedules and other obligations!
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Traveling throughout the local region
- Visiting clients in their homes
- Assessing client’s activities of daily living and evaluating client’s home environment
- Completing electronic reports related to client’s health status, diagnoses, medications and other pertinent factors
Home Care experience is preferred!
