Summary/Objective: The CNC Operator is responsible for operating turret punches, waterjets, and press brakes to produce precision components in accordance with company specifications. Essential Functions
- Set up and operate CNC turret punches, waterjets, and press brakes according to job specifications.
- Interpret and review blueprints, sketches, and CAD designs for accurate production.
- Monitor machine operations and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Adjust machine settings, as necessary, to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of CNC machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Document machine production output and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes and resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Label and tag products and packages appropriately.
- Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes for shipment.
- Notify the supervisor of any mechanical or material issues encountered.
- Place finished goods on designated pallets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Basic understanding of CAD software is a plus.
