Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician to provide technical support across all departments and ensure the smooth operation of company devices and software. This is a full-time on-site position located in Sidney, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to maintain efficient business operations.
- Provide technical support to employees across departments, addressing IT-related concerns promptly.
- Manage and maintain company devices, including computers, servers, and peripheral equipment.
- Install, update, and improve company software as needed.
- Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring security and efficiency.
- Assist in implementing IT solutions to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Support system upgrades, data backups, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s degree or certification in Information Systems/Technology.
- Experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with programming languages and IT infrastructure management.
