- Participate in and coordinate staff development and in-service training.
- Implement CIL School Board and school-based policies and procedures in order to uphold school regulations.
Performance Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Manage all school scheduling, special events, after-school clubs and scheduling, field trips, cafeteria, transportation, maintenance activity field/playgrounds and clearing.
- Manage the school facilities.
- Manage school maintenance projects.
- Assists in the preparation of and implementation of the school safety/security plans for disaster preparation, fire drills, student, staff and public safety, and student health (health screenings).
- Student and staff picture day schedules.
- Serve as a point of contact in emergencies with the Principal.
- Manage and maintain school procedures related to supplies and textbook inventories.
- Textbook ordering with appropriate personnel.
- Maintain records and prepare reports, as assigned.
- Assist in the preparation of school schedules for personnel.
- Administrative point of contact and oversee operations for Extended Day programming.
- Communicate with and coordinate deliveries or special events with outside vendors.
- Assist with planning and facilitation the implementation of the school's public relations and communications plan through positive relationships with community, businesses, parents, and students.
- Provide input and assist with the preparation/implementation of the school budget associated with the area(s) of assigned responsibilities.
- PTO point of contact for logistic coordination for fundraisers and spirit night events.
- Scheduling of major cleaning during holiday breaks.
- Community Events coordinator and logistics point of contact.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
Required Education:
- Current Professional Educator's or Temporary Certificate required.
Compensation:
- Starting Salary: $51,000 - $56,000
