The Senior Account Executive is responsible for accelerating sales growth within their designated region, focusing on developing new business opportunities with ag retailers and expanding existing customer relationships. This role is pivotal in expanding the company’s market presence and fostering long-term customer relationships. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the ideal candidate will bring exceptional business acumen, a deep understanding of the ag retail landscape, and the ability to engage with top-level executives and decision-makers effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who can navigate complex sales processes, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that align with customer and company goals.

This role is remote working out of your home office. We are seeking candidates who reside within the states of Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, or Wisconsin . There will be a minimum of 25% travel by car to customer sites etc., and occasional plane travel within the US, as per business needs.
Salary range : $95,000 to $110,000 per year plus commission
Please note that the base pay offered may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and experience, geographic location, as well as business and organizational needs.
