Job Overview:
As a Project Manager at Semmelmann Interiors, you will serve as the bridge between our design team, vendors, contractors, and clients. You will oversee the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the design team to understand project vision, scope, and goals.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules and timelines from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and trades to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and handle project billing in collaboration with the operations team.
- Lead on-site walkthroughs, vendor meetings, and client check-ins to ensure design intent is being met.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot potential delays or issues, offering proactive solutions.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and team members throughout the project.
- Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards and are completed within specified timelines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years of project management experience in interior design, construction, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-end residential or commercial projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana or similar).
- Familiarity with reading floor plans, construction documents, and design specifications.
- A natural problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Fort Worth, TX.
