Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee all operational functions, including milling, maintenance, capital projects, safety, environmental, and food safety/quality.

• Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 80 employees to achieve business goals and objectives.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
