What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Semper Laser LLC?
The Sales Manager is a vital part of the sales team and will be accountable for assigned facility location activities while ensuring the Semper Laser values and standards are consistently applied in all client interactions. He/She will be responsible for client satisfaction, reaching new client quotas, and increasing monthly sales. It’s his/her job to develop the team, resolve issues, and implement changes that can strengthen the company’s relationship with its clients. Must be a detailed, organized self-starter with the ability to move at a very fast pace and have a high ability to prioritize based on a rapidly changing and growing laser industry environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Control and supervise the daily operation of the facility and be able to make decisions.- Foster a guest-focused team environment as a leader, driving volume, and client loyalty.
- Clearly communicate daily and monthly goals, contests, and performance expectations to all team members.
- Develop sales strategies to increase monthly revenue and ensure you and the team are reaching daily sales goals.
- Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, handle client inquiries, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints, and address adverse reactions with the assistance of the Medical Director.
- Sales Manager required to handle front desk responsibilities for a minimum of 26 hours per week.
- Ensure that the required safety procedures are being followed as defined by the Medical Director.
- Perform all sales consultations while promoting and recommending additional packages and/or treatment areas and educating clients on Laser Hair Removal.
- Provide team commitment through conflict resolution, support, relationship building, and recognizing individual contributions.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management.
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, office supplies inventory, and reporting.
- Participate in company on-site events to market our services to the community.
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, mentor all team members according to Semper Laser’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises.
- Work side-by-side with the Client Services, Sales and Operations to take smart risks and identify value adds for our guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
4 years of experience in customer-facing, sales management roles, particularly within the industry.- Proven experience and success in sales and team leadership are required.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to identify and reach new client quotas and sales goals.
- Must have a high level of enthusiasm, confidence, motivation, and drive to succeed.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
