Job Description: Store Sales Director
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations within their store location.
The Store Sales Director plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining a competitive position in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales managers and coordinators.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years experience as a sales manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
Schedule and Physical Requirements:
- Required to work 3 week days and 1 weekend day.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
- Frequently required to sit or stand and work on a computer for prolonged periods; walk; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 lbs.
