Duties
Provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing agendas.
Transcribe meeting notes and maintain accurate records of discussions and decisions.
Assist in event planning by organizing logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette while providing exceptional customer service.
Manage correspondence, including emails and other communications, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and enhance communication within the organization.
Interface with ownership and implement projects as assigned.
Facilitate client interactions and help maintain a high satisfaction rating for the business.
Skills
Proficiency in office software, such as spreadsheets, is essential for effective task management.
Strong typing skills with the ability to transcribe notes accurately and efficiently.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Mandarin Chinese.
