Human Resources Office Assistant

Senasys, Inc., a locally owned and operated manufacturing company in Eau Claire. No nights, weekends, holidays or mandatory OT! This is a first shift position: Mon.– Fri., 8 AM - 4 PM
Full and part time positions are available.

Responsibilities
· Assist with hiring and on-boarding new employees, and retaining existing employee relationships.
· Conduct research and execute human resources best practices
· Organize company events, employee kudos, and training activities.
· Assist customer service and other support departments with data entry, phone communication, etc.
· Assist with office related tasks such as reception, supply ordering, incoming and outgoing mail, and other miscellaneous office tasks as required.
· Complete special projects as assigned in a timely manner.
· Light Production when needed.
Job Skills and Qualifications
· High school diploma
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to communicate professionally internally and externally
· Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
