Duties Description The New York State Senate is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to fill the position of Maintenance Worker in the Maintenance & Operations department.The Maintenance Worker’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Delivering and changing water bottles in Senate offices, as needed•Set-up and break down of events•Open, clean, and lock conference rooms, as scheduled•Deliver furniture to District Offices, Senate Offices, and other Senate offices in and outside of Albany•Pick-up and drop-off items from vendors, as requested•Help caterers in and out of the building for events•Other duties as requested by the Director of Senate Maintenance and Operations
The minimum qualifications required for this vacancy. Minimum Qualifications Minimum requirements: •A high school diploma or GED•A clean driving record•Ability to lift over 50 lbs

The salary range is $30,000 to $36,000, commensurate with experience.
