Purpose of the Role: Responsible for developing and executing strategies to maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels, and working to build brand awareness and develop leads for the target
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains branding and communicates value propositions for target markets.
- Contributes to digital tools, workflows, sequences, and reports to optimize efficiency and effectiveness using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Develops targeted marketing campaigns to raise brand and product awareness and generate leads
- Measures performance and ROI for digital marketing campaigns. Identifies trends and insights to optimize investments and performance based on the insights.
- Assists in writing and creating marketing material that includes blogs, social media, website, newsletters, emails, banner ads brochures, etc. to generate leads.
- Assists in s tradeshow planning assists with marketing materials, booth design, demos, graphics, set up and tear down etc. for North America.
- Maintains specialty marketing/sales materials such as promotional items and print material for use in sales and marketing efforts.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager if the event of special projects or unplanned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Executes market research to identify pain points, solutions library and identify market opportunities
- Participates in the creation and execution of voice of customer exercises to aid in positioning and product development
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, etc. preferred.
- 2 years of previous experience preferred. Strong recent graduates considered.
- Min 3.3 GPA with strong leadership attributes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Ability to learn and understand product, market and business strategies required.
- Continuous improvement approach required.
- Demonstrates strong aptitude with HubSpot marketing and sales automation, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and additional marketing tech tools.
- Demonstrates a positive team spirit in daily activities and event management.
- Shows an ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time e.g., see the “big picture.” Exhibits a “can-do” attitude.
- Exhibits strong potential to grow with the organization.
- Ability to exercise good communication, organization and time management skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Possess the ability to be resourceful, creative, and collaborative.
- Ability to travel required ~15%
