We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to contribute toward the development and delivery of scalable solutions as part of a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. This role will primarily involve engaging with IT team members but will also require collaboration with representatives of Business Operations.

Essential Functions:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Required education and experience:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience implementing user interfaces from provided design documentation
• Experience developing full-stack web applications
• Experience developing web services to support mobile applications
• Knowledge of frontend languages including (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript), and frameworks/libraries (React, Angular)
• Familiar with TypeScript and backend technologies and patterns (REST API, CRUD, MVC)
• Comfortable with GIT version control
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with AWS or other hosting platforms
