As a Learning and Development Specialist within the Talent Management and Internal Operations teams, you will have an opportunity to directly contribute to our purpose by helping to develop our employees’ knowledge, skills, and abilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Facilitate in-person onboarding in collaboration with team members
- Organize and prepare for the new hire onboarding at all levels (e.g., materials, logistics, communication)
- Facilitate various in-person and virtual trainings in collaboration with team members
- Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate using sound instructional design methodology; revise materials as necessary
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials such as handouts and visual materials
- Cross-train with team member(s) in order to provide back-up support as necessary
- Participate in (e.g., note taking, providing input, process documentation) and sometimes facilitate small groups and / or meetings to address simple issues and data gathering
- Complete projects and other duties as assigned, reporting to direct supervisor
