Summary:

Sendero Provisions Co. is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support and enhance our marketing efforts. This role is instrumental in executing campaigns, managing social media, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring the delivery of engaging, brand-aligned content. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for storytelling. This position plays a critical role in ensuring Sendero’s marketing initiatives resonate with our audience and uphold our brand identity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed)

Marketing Campaign Support:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and e-commerce.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and creative teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign rollouts.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, and schedule posts and stories across social media platforms to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
• Monitor engagement and respond to customer feedback in collaboration with the Social Media Coordinator.

Content Coordination:

• Work with creative teams to produce visuals, multimedia content, and short-form videos.
• Ensure all content aligns with Sendero’s brand voice and messaging.

Email Marketing:

• Assist in the creation, segmentation, and scheduling of email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate on optimization strategies.

E-commerce Support:

• Coordinate website merchandising in alignment with marketing campaigns and launches.
• Monitor and update product pages to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and website metrics.
• Provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Coordinate with external partners as needed for promotional efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign coordination.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
• Basic understanding of graphic design software and video editing tools is a plus.

Organizational & Communication Skills:

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity & Adaptability:

• A passion for creative storytelling and content creation.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site at Sendero HQ
