STARTING RATE : $16.00 (paying $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Dietary Supervisor promotes the health and well-being of residents through nutrition management.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversees the dietary departmental staff and all facets of food preparation
  • Ensures adherence to standardized recipes
  • Ensures nutritional requirements (as directed by the registered dietitian)
  • Ensures facility and departmental policies and procedures, safe handling practices, and infection control standards
