Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Document Control Clerk in Washington, DC .
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Logging vouchers into accounting system to provide document tracking for invoices
- Disseminating and tracking vouchers to project officers for administrative approval
- Inputting critical voucher information into system, as applicable, to permit ultimate payment
- Identifying and communicating deficiencies in invoice submissions by vendors and employees
- Preparing the necessary documentation and tracking stop-payments on undelivered checks and / or obtaining copies of canceled checks to support contention of payment
