Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure SME at Eglin AFB, Florida to support a dynamic, innovative acquisition program. This position will perform in-depth program analysis and coordination assignments, and services in support of the program. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable working in a transparent, collaborative team environment and possess outstanding communication, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.The Enterprise Infrastructure SME will be responsible for assisting in defining reference architectures, standards, and interfaces for re-use across the customer portfolio as well support identifying capability gaps and shortfalls, determining new technology and system requirements, identifying possible solutions, assessing technology maturation and advancements to address suitability of developed solutions, and assessing testing and integration requirements, costs, and activities and their results.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Provide support and deliver technical reports as required to assess the strengths, limitations, and characteristics of capabilities of interest to TRMC in support of its Cyber Science and Technology, NCRC, and related portfolios.
- Provide support and deliver technical reports as required regarding current and potential NCRC tools, technologies, and architectures to support range maintenance and modernization activities.
- Provide support regarding all aspects of NCRC range operations, including testbed configuration, data center operations, and enterprise management.
- Support engineering tasks intended to continue the evolution and improved synchronization of NCRC technical architectures and designs.
- Prepare, review, and provide technical reports, briefs, and other materials related to NCRC engineering, acquisition and operational matters as required.
- Support NCRC meetings, reviews, and technical exchanges as required.
- Review of the Range Modernization (RM) Independent Government Estimate (IGE) with NCRC leadership.
- Update the RM IGE assumptions and planning factors document and update the briefing charts that explain the IGE.
- Examine Technical and Cost Proposals to support the analyses necessary to develop a draft contract technical evaluation report.
- Perform analysis of Task Order out-year costs to support the budget planning process
Update the Range Modernization Level of Effort (LOE) document to incorporate the suggestions and comments.
