Great Hill Solutions is seeking an Operations Research / Systems Analyst (ORSA) to provide advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, NV. This role requires expertise in test data collection, statistical modeling, and operational analysis to support the assessment of multi-domain targeting and engagement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop test measurement frameworks, operational metrics, and statistical models for evaluating test outcomes.
- Lead problem decomposition, issue identification, and data evaluation efforts to provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct survey development, test activity analysis, and statistical assessments to validate test findings.
- Support data management processes, ensuring accurate archiving and retrieval of operational test data.
- Develop technical documentation, test reports, and analysis summaries in accordance with DoD and JT&E requirements.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in operational testing, statistical analysis, and test design methodologies.
- Strong background in data collection planning, modeling and simulation, and operational research techniques.
- Experience developing analytical frameworks for evaluating multi-domain military operations.
- Ability to translate complex test findings into data-driven recommendations for decision-makers.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
