Great Hill Solutions is hiring a Task Manager, Master in Falls Church, VA to lead and manage a team providing business operations and executive support services to the DHA. This role involves ensuring the effective execution of tasks related to administration, executive support, facilities management, and tasker/correspondence management. The Task Manager Master is responsible for maintaining high standards of performance and aligning team efforts with the Defense Health Agency.

Responsibilities:
- Organize, direct and manage contract operations support functions
- Manage team of contract personnel at multiple locations
- Maintain and manage meetings and interactions with senior level clients and stakeholders
- Formulate and review task plans and deliverable items
- Ensure conformance with program schedules and deliverables
- 5-10 years as an active Task Manager leading/managing a team of similar size and complexity.
- Responsible for/providing assistance with hiring/interviewing candidates with appropriate skills, upkeep of skillset for supporting legacy products, modernization efforts, and other tasks to meet Organization Mission, Vision, and Strategic goals.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.\
