This position will support by providing guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management. This position involves supporting manpower planning, performance management, and other human capital-related activities within the DHA.

- Support military personnel management activities.
- Assist in civilian personnel management processes.
- Contribute to manpower planning and workforce development.
- 3-5 years' experience in strategic planning.
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
- Provide guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management.
- Proficiency with business process development and improvement.
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
- Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities.
