Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and assist with apartment measurements and pre-leasing tasks.
- Coordinate move-ins by collaborating with maintenance and other departments to ensure apartments are ready.
- Welcome new residents on move-in day, provide community orientation, and deliver move-in gifts and meals.
- Follow up with new residents to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns during their initial months.
- Participate in daily meetings to communicate schedules and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
- Assist with additional tasks or community projects as directed by leadership.
Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in hospitality role and/or customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
